Liverpool In Arms is a Liverpool-based homeless charity, who work tirelessly offering essential support to those who are in the unfortunate position of having nowhere to call home. The charity is entirely volunteer-based, where volunteers head out onto the city's streets, no matter the weather, providing everything from food, clothes, footwear, blankets & tents, to emotional support and a lending ear. They really do make a positive impact on the wellbeing of the city's homeless community!

Woolton House Clearance & Removal Services supports Liverpool In Arms in a number of ways. We donate all suitable clothing, footwear, blankets, and other items acquired throughout the year from our house clearance service. We provide support in the furnishing of not only the homes of people who have found a way off the streets, but also the many people who attend our twice-weekly outreach events who are not actually homeless, but are struggling to make ends meet. Providing everything from sofas, beds, white goods, to pots, pans, crockery etc. All of which is again acquired via our house clearance service. We also store all of Liverpool In Arms' own outreach stock at our facility, which helps keep the charity's running costs down.

Woolton House Clearance also hold regular fundraising events on behalf of Liverpool In Arms. Where all proceeds are used for the bulk-purchase of sleeping bags & tents, which are then handed out to the city's homeless community, at the twice-weekly outreach events we attend with the charity.
